In order to purchase conference registration services through our Website, you must provide us with certain Personal Information such as your name, credit card number and expiration date, credit card billing address, telephone number, e - mail address and the name or names of the accompanying person(s). We may also ask you for other Personal Information, such as your sex, dietary preference, membership number etc. We require this information to process, fulfill and confirm your transactions and keep you informed of each transaction's status.

We do not sell or rent individual customer names or other Personal Information to third parties for a fee. Only parties involved with the conference will have access to this information
Cancellation Policy
Any individual can participate in the conference upon completing the registration form and paying the required fees.
61st National Conference of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics PEDICON 2024 reserves the rights of selection or rejection of the application submitted, Participants who have paid the fees will be notified within 7 working days of applying, in case of rejection of application 61st National Conference of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics PEDICON 2024 will intimate by email / phone and refund will be initiated within 7 working days from the date of rejection. Refunds will be issued directly by 61st National Conference of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics PEDICON 2024 by Cheque.
In case the event / conference is cancelled or postponed, should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of the revised dates & if you are unable to attend the event / conference then the amount will be refunded back to you.
If you have accidently paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 07 to 10 working days.
Viruses
We do not warrant that any data (including any file) obtained through this website is free from computer viruses or other faults or defects. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use appropriate virus scanning software. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused (whether negligently or otherwise) by any virus transmitted through this website.

Any disputes will be settled by courts in Mumbai.
